This open-air resort will be on the Pearl Islands, a string of islands situated just 30 miles off the coast of Panama. The intimate complex will feature just 86 rooms and Ritz Carlton, a subsidiary of Marriott, will operate it. The USD $35 million project is set for completion by the end of 2026.

Viceroy Bocas del Toro Panama
This resort features 186 guest rooms, which include 42 breathtaking overwater villas along 457 acres of coastline. The complex will only be accessible from Panama City by boat, seaplane or helicopter, ensuring an exclusive experience. Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Cartagena
Four Seasons will be opening a hotel in Cartagena, a city on Columbia’s Caribbean coast. The project will revitalise and restore several culturally significant buildings dating back to the 16th Century. It’s projected to open by the start of 2025, with 132 rooms.
