Spain’s Canary Islands will be getting a new luxury resort, with a high-end establishment planned for the Playa La Tejita in Tenerife. The resort will be just over 200 metres from the beachfront and will be a five-star accommodation with 136 double rooms, 31 premium suites and 2 premium duplex suites.

Residencial Monasterio de Oia
A former infirmary on the Spanish coastline will be extensively refurbished to become a luxury hotel and tourist destination. Residencial Monasterio de Oia is located in the autonomous community of Galicia, next to Portgual. The area will become a year-round tourist destination, alongside the four-star hotel. The hotel will include guest rooms, a convention and congress centre, a spa with a marine centre and private residences.
