In our administration team, you can expect a wide range of tasks and challenges. As part of the THP team, you will regularly interact with our international clients and colleagues. 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for structured and accurate work, and a keen interest in numbers and data — to help us maintain our high level of service as we continue to grow.

Your Role:

  • Processing of orders and invoices for our international clients using HubSpot and easybill
  • Customer support for payment processes, invoice inquiries, and webshop assistance
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as preparation of account assignment using DATEV online

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial or tax-related vocational training or a degree in business administration or a related field
  • Career changers with relevant professional experience in commercial roles or financial accounting are also welcome
  • Ideally, prior experience and knowledge of accounting with DATEV online
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Strong team and communication skills, flexibility, and a professional and confident demeanor
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
  • Independent, structured, and accurate working style with a passion for numbers and data
