TOPHOTELPROJECTS GmbH is the global market leader in the analysis of all international hotel construction projects and hotel brands. Our international team of specialists continuously researches and qualifies up-to-date information on worldwide hotel projects and contacts involved in them.

 

Approximately one thousand companies in the hotel supply industry from over fifty countries are among our clientele, and the majority of them have been working with us for years.

 

As part of the research team, you are in constant contact with international hotel chains and architects to obtain suitable project information for our database.f

Your tasks
  • Research of international hotel construction projects in the different phases of the project
  • Communication with entities and companies involved in the project via phone, email and social networks
  • Evaluation of different sources for project information (e.g. newsletters, magazines, internet)
  • Entering new project information into our TOPHOTELCONSTRUCTION database and verifying and updating existing data
  • Handling customer inquiries regarding hotel projects
 
Your Profile
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English (other languages an advantage)
  • Careful, reliable and precise way of working
  • Strong written and telephone communication skills
  • Team spirit
  • High affinity for the Internet and social media
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
