We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company specializing in hotel construction databases, offering innovative solutions to suppliers in the hospitality industry. We are looking for a performance-driven Junior Sales Manager to support our sales activities across Europe.

Your Role:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of national and international clients

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to explore new markets

  • Prepare customized offers and lead contract negotiations

  • Conduct regular product presentations via Microsoft Teams

  • Generate leads through directories, trade shows, LinkedIn, and other online platforms

  • Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities

  • Attend selected hospitality trade fairs and events (optional but encouraged)

Your Profile:

  • Based in Germany, ideally near Rotenburg Wümme, Bremen, or Hamburg

  • Initial experience in sales, account management, or a related field

  • Fluent in German and English (minimum B2 level)

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems like HubSpot

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Passion for sales and a keen interest in the hotel industry

  • Self-driven, organized, and a team player

  • Willing to travel for trade shows and industry events
