We are a dynamic and forward-thinking company specializing in hotel construction databases, offering innovative solutions to suppliers in the hospitality industry. We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Manager to support our sales activities across Europe.

Your Role:

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads to drive sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams.
  • Lead sales negotiations and closings with precision and professionalism.
  • Generate and identify leads proactively using various resources such as business directories, trade fairs, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and data to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, account management, and research teams to achieve company goals.

Your Profile:

  • Based in Germany, ideally near Hamburg or Bremen.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
  • Fluency in German and English. (German level B2 is acceptable)
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools is required.
  • Experience in the hotel industry is desirable, but not mandatory.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry, with the ability to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve results.
