We are looking for a Salesforce Assistant to join our sales team. As a Salesforce Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales operations by efficiently managing and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales team and ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of our customer relationship management processes.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Salesforce administration as main administrator for our Salesforce CRM system
  • Management of user profiles, roles and permissions
  • Customise and configure Salesforce to meet the needs of the sales and marketing team, including the creation of custom fields, workflows and reports.
  • Supporting the sales team in day-to-day business by answering queries and solving problems related to Salesforce including process optimisation
  • Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide valuable insights to the sales team and management
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, track performance metrics and support data-driven decision making
  • Ensuring that the system is up-to-date when upgrades and releases are announced
 

Your Profile

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM as an administrator or assistant
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data structure, customisation and configuration
  • Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, workflows and reporting capabilities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data sets
