Pipeline

We provide information about hotels in the planning and construction phase from hotel chains, management companies, or private investors. Our pipeline means that we track and update all hotel projects in our database, sorted by project stages, from the earliest identification (Vision Phase) to the opening phase (Pre-Opening).

Planning Phase

The planning phase is the period during which the planning is further developed based on the approved project definition, goals, and cost estimates defined therein. In this phase, the interior designer is usually included.

Pre-Opening Phase

The Pre-Opening Phase refers to the period before the actual opening, which typically begins 6 months prior. The duration of this phase may vary depending on the hotel’s category, size, and classification. Pre-Planning Phase

The Pre-Planning Phase is the starting point for the hotel project. During this phase, typically, the property owner, investor, and/or hotel developer meet with the architect in charge of the planning. The project is defined and initiated.

Project phases

We identify and track hotel projects from the earliest phase called “Vision” through the phases of “Pre-Planning,” “Planning,” “Under Construction,” and up to the “Pre-Opening” phase. After the hotel’s opening, the project and contact information remain available in the database for an additional 3 months.
