Pro offers premium support along with additional promotional benefits, including advertising on the THP.News website.

Choose the license that fits your needs—whether you’re just getting started, growing your team, or looking for full-service benefits.

Is the license a one-time purchase or an annual subscription?

You can choose! Select a one-time purchase (which includes a 20% surcharge) or an annual subscription that will be automatically renewed, unless you cancel at least 3 months before the end of your license period.

Can I upgrade or change my license later on?

Absolutely! We understand that needs can change. At any time, you can upgrade or downgrade your account. Any changes to your license will be effective at the end of your current billing period. If you’d like to make a change, just contact us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible and secure payment options for all our customers, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as bank transfers upon invoice. Just a heads-up: if you're ordering country licenses, those payments need to be processed exclusively using a credit card.

Does my license include automatic recurring charges?

No, you won't be charged any additional or recurring fees from us. You only pay the price shown in the webshop for your license. We like to keep things simple and transparent! A quick note: any potential fees charged by a credit card's issuing institution are the customer's own responsibility.

Are there any setup fees for creating my database account?

No, there are absolutely no setup fees for creating your database account. We ensure the price you see is the price you pay so you can get started quickly.

How quickly can I start using the database after purchase?

Our first step will be to create a customer account for you to access the THP database. Once the invoiced license fees have been received in the THP account, access is activated immediately and guaranteed within three business days after we receive your payment.

For any services ordered from THP.News, service delivery will begin once full payment is received in the THP account, and no later than three business days after we receive your payment. It is our goal to get you up and running as fast as possible!

In which currency are the prices listed?

In order to maintain a consistent pricing structure across all our offerings, all prices are listed in EURO (€).
