Europe’s hotel market
Europe’s hotel industry is set to gain momentum this year, with revenue expected to rise by 1.76%, reaching a market volume of US$113.40bn by 2024. Projections indicate the market will grow to US$121.60bn by 2028.
While this is lower than the worldwide growth rate of 3.32%** Europe still remains a favoured option for hotel investment. This is thanks to high levels of hotel occupancy rates and other variable market factors.
