  • The Rumor Hotel Ogden (Ogden, Utah): Currently in the planning phase and expected to open in Q4 2027, the Rumor Hotel is a new hotel construction project with 92 rooms. As a Tribute Portfolio property within Ogden’s Wonderblock mixed-use development, the hotel is designed to reflect the city’s character while linking it to nearby alpine destinations like Park City. The concept combines Ogden’s storied past with a modern outlook and will feature vibrant food and beverage spaces.

5-Star Hotel Projects in Development

  • The Exchange Hotel Saint Augustine (Saint Augustine, Florida): Currently in the pre-planning phase and expected to open in 2031, The Exchange hotel is a conversion project with up to 120 rooms. Led by Kasam Hospitality, the development will transform the Cathedral Place office building in St. Augustine into a luxury hotel, with construction anticipated to begin in mid-2029 and branding yet to be announced.

  • The Stockman, Auberge Collection (Steamboat Springs, Colorado): Currently in the planning phase and expected to open in 2030, The Stockman is a new hotel construction project with 59 guestrooms and suites. Located with ski-in, ski-out access to Steamboat Resort, the property will feature a full-service spa and pool under the Wellbeing by Auberge concept, along with multiple dining and bar venues.
