Situated on Okinawa's main island with views of the East China Sea and Pacific Ocean, the property will offer an outdoor pool, gym, karaoke room, restaurant, bar, meeting space, ballroom, and car park, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Luxurious 5-Star Hotel Projects

Hilton Takayama Resort (Takayama, Japan): Currently under construction and planned to open in Q4 2026, this Hilton refurbishment in Takayama will feature 283 rooms, new 90-square-meter suites, an executive lounge for Hilton Honors Diamond members, and a new fitness center. Developed by JR-Central, the property's interior design follows a concept called "Art of Mountain Folk," inspired by the natural landscape and traditional craftsmanship of the Hida Takayama region.

Lime Resort Myoko - MGallery Collection (Myoko, Japan): Currently in planning and set to open in Q1 2027, this MGallery property in Myoko is a refurbishment of an existing resort with 38 rooms, developed by Patience Capital Group under the AccorHotels group. Located near the base of Mt. Myoko within Myoko-Togakushi Renzan National Park, the property will be reimagined as a wellness-focused resort featuring restaurants, a lounge café and bar, onsen facilities, a fitness area, and a kids club.
