• Radisson Millenium Park Rheintal (Lustenau, Austria): Radisson Millennium Park Rheintal is currently under construction. The four-star property is undergoing a refurbishment and will offer 114 rooms upon completion. The hotel is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2026 under the Radisson group, with Soravia Group serving as investor and owner. The property, previously operating as the Amedia Hotel, will be rebranded as a Radisson.

Luxurious 5-Star Hotel Projects

• Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel (Vienna, Austria): This luxury hotel project is currently under construction. The five-star boutique property is undergoing a refurbishment and will offer 150 rooms upon completion. It is located at Kärntner Ring 1, 1010 Vienna, and is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2027. It will join The Luxury Collection portfolio under Marriott International, with interior design by Pierre-Yves Rochon.

• Palais Coburg Residenz (Vienna, Austria): This hotel development is currently under construction. The five-star property is undergoing a refurbishment and will offer 150 rooms upon completion. The hotel is set to open in the third quarter of 2026, with interior design by A2K ARCHITEKTEN Janes Rapf Ziviltechniker GmbH. The renowned superior hotel will be renovating its junior suites, suites, and residences.
