4-Star Hotels Under Construction
-
Aethos Hotel Tonihof (Mittenwald, Germany): Currently in the pre-planning phase, this 4-star resort in Bavaria is an extension project with 109 rooms. It will be built on the site of the Tonihof, a stunning location that promises panoramic views of the Wetterstein and Karwendel mountains. The plan is to preserve the building's original façade while gutting the interior. Architecture will be completed by Alpstein Architektur.
-
Ochsen Stockach (Stockach, Germany): This project is a 150-room extension currently in pre-planning with a 4-star rating. Located at Zoznegger Straße 2 in Stockach, Germany, the development will see part of the existing Hotel Goldener Ochsen demolished and replaced with a new building matching the current structure's height. The project is scheduled to open in 2027.
Luxurious 5-Star Hotel Projects
-
Radisson Collection Four Frankfurt (Frankfurt am Main, Germany): Set for a Q3 2027 opening, this hotel is a 189-room new-build project currently under construction, rated 5 stars. The hotel occupies floors 11 through 19 of the 173-meter T2 tower within the Four Frankfurt high-rise complex, with interior work already in progress. Guest facilities will include a lobby, lounge, restaurant, bar, and fitness area, and the property marks Radisson Collection's second location in Germany after Berlin.

Alpenhof Murnau (Murnau am Staffelsee, Germany): The Alpenhof Murnau is a 106-room refurbishment currently in the planning phase, targeting a 5-star rating with a Q4 2027 opening. Located at Ramsachstraße 8 in Murnau am, Germany, the project will add two restaurants: a rustic Bavarian pub and a fine dining venue, though without Michelin ambitions. Further guest rooms, along with the indoor and outdoor areas, will also be renovated.
